Remuneration for management is agreed on individually, depending on the Owner’s needs, specifics of the offer and the range of duties entrusted to us – we charge 10–15% of the monthly income from lease for each month of active lease.
During periods when the property entrusted to our management is not rented we do not charge any money or we calculate a flat rate payment of PLN 50 a month in exceptional cases and when it is precisely stated in relation to the specifics of a given offer or in relation to additional duties entrusted to us by the Owner.
