DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

What is it?

Lease management is a service consisting in comprehensive management and care over the property that is entrusted to us (an apartment, a house or premises), starting with appropriate preparation of an offer to peaceable receipt of the lease subject in a non-deteriorated state after the lease agreement has been terminated. Cooperation with us is a guarantee of a safe lease and maximum profits from for the Owner.

For whom?

Lease management is a service aimed at owners of the following kinds of real estate intended for lease:
1. apartments in Lublin and Świdnik,
2. houses in Lublin, Świdnik or near Lublin,
3. business premises in Lublin and Świdnik.

When?

You can start cooperation with us at any time you like,
– when you own an unleased property (an apartment, a house or business premises)
– as well as during an ongoing lease (we will comprehensively attend to taking over the duties of the manager from you or another person/company that has been managing your property so far)
– or when you are just at the stage of planning an investment consisting in purchase of a property in order to let it out.

How do we work?

The range of our services is very broad and versatile, depending on the specifics of a given property as well as individual needs and requirements of the Customer. It includes:

Stage 1 – preparation of the property for lease as well as a search for the best lessee;

Stage 2 – making a lease agreement;

Stage 3 – lease management on a regular basis:

• representing the Owner in all contacts with lessees,
• exacting all payments from the lessees on time,
• accounting for all payments and bills,
• conducting regular interventional checks and site inspections,
• solving any possible problems,
• preparing and sending detailed financial balance-sheets and reports of ensuing events and actions that we take, along with payment of the profit from lease of the property subject on the Owner’s bank account every month

Stage 4 – peaceful receipt of the lease subject.
